Don’t be surprised if most of this post is Plagiarism ripped off Wickipedia. They will give you the same data but they don’t put it in perspective: They deal in facts but in a jumbled up chronological manner and give no analysis. Simply by presenting those facts in proper chronological order and inserting a few comments here and there I leave it to you to figure out what is theirs and what is mine. You might conclude I don’t have much use for moral and ethical pigs like him and you’re smack bang on. Enjoy my assessment of the man and his performance.
Robbie boy began his political career in 1994 when he worked for the Republican Party on the senate campaign of Jim Inhofe in Oklahoma as a professional heckler. His mouth earned him the label of "a foreign political saboteur" from CNN. This gave him a firm foundation in Tea Party thinking.
Before being elected in Alberta he served as the Director of Canadians Against Forced Unionism, an organization related to the National Citizens Coalition. that gave him a firm foundation as a Fundamentalist Libertarian: You know those idiots with their “God Save Business, Damn the Poor” Philosophy.
He started his slimy clime to power in the 1997 Canadian federal election when he was elected in Calgary West, the Reform Party riding just vacated by Stephen Harper. It’s not surprising: Stephen was a fellow member in the National Citizens Coalition and apparently shares the same warped beliefs Robbie holds dear. Recently Prime Minister Stephen Harper indicated his support of Anders, stating that "Rob is a true reformer and a true conservative. He has been a faithful supporter of mine and I am grateful for his work.” Robbie was only able to conceal his bigotry and control his mouth for 4 years until he was the sole parliamentarian to vote against making Nelson Mandela an honorary citizen of Canada in 2001.

Stephen must have really chewed his ass out then because he successfully controlled his skill in the production of verbal sewage for 10 whole years. Finally the production of venom in his teeny-weeny brain was just too much and in 2010 the dam burst and Robbie advised Canadian Troops that they should follow his personal philosophy "When in doubt, pull the trigger". Robbie doesn’t need a gun; he just shoots off his mouth.

In February 2010, nineteen Board members of Anders' Calgary West riding association resigned en masse, citing interference from the Conservative Party. Nobody wanted him with his warped views as spokesman for them The 32 member board had been planning to ask Conservative Party members at the riding's upcoming annual general meeting whether they wanted to hold a nomination contest.. The party's national council intervened, saying it had already declared Anders as the candidate for the next federal election, and threatened to take control of the annual general meeting of the constituency association. The resignations brought the total number of board members who had resigned over the course of one year to twenty-four.
Until this year Anders was member of the House of Commons Standing Committee on Veterans Affairs. He was removed from that position, based on his tendency to fall asleep during meetings. In March 2012, he was removed from the Veterans Affairs Committee following controversial comments in response to arriving late, texting, and falling asleep at a committee meeting (including calling his accusers NDP hacks who praise Vladimir Putin). Robbie has now been reassigned to the House-Senate Standing Joint Committee on Scrutiny of Regulations. I conclude that Mr. Harper is a follower of the Peter Principal and has applied the Lateral Arabesque. He’s promoted Rob to a position with a big title, on an invisible Committee with no responsibility and hopes he’s going to disappear! No such luck, Stevie. The assholes still in the Party and worse he’s still in Parliament.

In July 2012, Anders opposed his own party and criticized Treasury Board President Tony Clement for funding a vistors' centre honouring to Norman Bethune a fan of the biggest killer in human history. He missed the point. Bethune was a doctor. Political prejudice and judgement are not part of relieving human pain suffering and the Hippocratic Oath says nothing abut being politically correct before you assist a patient. It’s just more of Anders “God Save Business, Damn the Poor” Philosophy.

As a reminder of just who runs the OLD Boys Club, remember:
Prime Minister Stephen Harper has indicated his support of Anders, stating that "Rob is a true reformer and a true conservative. He has been a faithful supporter of mine and I am grateful for his work.``

That was prior to Rob’s latest stupidities. In the past three months he has gone far beyond the limits of free speech that Parliamentarians should observe. He has unjustifiably interfered in Alberta’s 22012 Election so badly that Ron Liepert, Alberta's Minister of Energy, accused Anders of campaigning against him.

In September fellow Conservative Party members disassociated themselves from Anders' character assassination of the New Democratic Party leader. He’s got the balls to use the Commons, (where he responsible for nothing he says and immune from any real consequences or prosecution) to slander Thomas Mulcair  and state he "Hastened the death" of former NDP leader Jack Layton. I hope he committed a fatal error when he presented himself as a blatant homophobe this month.

He called Bill C279, a private member's bill that would amend the Canadian Human Rights Act and hate crime section of the Criminal Code to include "gender identity" and "gender expression" as grounds for discrimination, a "bathroom bill"  He’s a self proclaimed Homophobe and Hate Monger. He thinks Gay bashing isn’t a hate crime, he thinks it’s justified punishment for a pervert.

I don’t understand why Harper puts up with this asshole but then I look at this Conservative Caucus and he obviously needs the 87 Conservative Supporters who voted for Vote #466. That is the block of ideologues that still fanatically support the Right to Life and Anti-Abortion movements and are corrupting the Conservative Party. In reality that is the majority of his majority.

Harpo has to kiss their ass to keep power.

I have no idea what Mr. Anders future will be

but

I would reward any gay who is successful in uprooting and bashing the Bastard.

I would readily spring a couple of hundred bucks for a real Canadian hero.

I’m sorry I haven’t been posting, but I’ve been busy watching.

At the start of this year the shit hit the fan and nobody knows who is going to get hit!

The Ottawa Cirques De Stupidos has finally decided that Medical Marijuana is an embarrassment. Minister Leona Aglukkaq’s announcement that they now intend to eliminate the Personal and Designated Growth parts, has effectively killed the Marihuana Medical Access Program.

It’s an embarrassing write off that the Government in power doesn’t want to explain. The Cons and Harpo would love to blame the Liberals but they left it too late. They’ve had 6 years to correct shortcomings that were apparent years ago but have either ignored them or been incapable of correcting the faults. It all came to a head last year when they asked for submissions re a revision of the Marihuana Medical Access Regulations at mid year.  This was the result of failures at the Supreme Court to validate them as anything near compliance with the Charter or what most Canadians consider common decency. It was an admission of failure that the Cons simply couldn’t avoid and they needed someone to blame. They decided to portray Medical Marijuana as breeding ground for creating Hell’s Angels from a pool of 15000 patients with Criminal tendencies. 

They schemed and conspired all the rest of the year, dreamed slimy dreams and boned up on Machiavellian precepts until they came up with the ultimate deterrent. They couldn’t stop the issuance of Licenses to grow this evil weed so they decided to fuck up the submission process. They knew that while most Doctors were reluctant to sign the forms the money is too good to pass up and some of them have already set up fronts with some of their scum sucking friends in the Shyster sector of the legal community.

They collectively decided to scare the shit out of the entire Medical Community. It seems appropriate that by the end of last year the Chief Conspirator (Stevie? Leona?) screened all the doctors submitting applications and selected Dr. Rob Kamermans as the best sacrificial lamb they could find. In perfect imitation of Pontius Pilate somebody, probably Vic Toews, approved starting the New Year with a SWAT Team raid on Dr. Kamermans office!

In keeping with his conception of privacy as a nonexistent right, he intentionally violated the medical confidentiality of all 4000 patients by confiscating their medical files! His minions in the vocationally insecure RCMP and OPP refuse to return them. It’s all against the law but they are the Harper Government and above all restriction. They want to keep a low profile with the general public, but they have made damned certain that the CMA, and the chicken shit leaders of all Provincial Colleges of Physicians and Surgeons are aware that the Cons have drawn the line. Sign any application for pot and we’ll do the same to you.  

Why Dr. Kamermans? Because he was perfect target for ruination, he had an excellent reputation that could be attacked. He’s just a very respectable small town doctor with a patient base of 4000: mostly local residents and very highly regarded if you Google the Doctors’ ratings sites. He is an advocate of Medical Marijuana and he exercises his legal right to sign applications for patients with qualifying symptoms. It doesn’t matter that he is innocent of any wrongdoing. An unjust an assault of unsupported accusations, allegations of sin and the refusal of any investigative reporters to file an unbiased report with some actual facts.

I’m concluding this little introduction to atrocity because it’s already too long. The public is vaguely aware that a Crucifixion was set in progress at New Years but no details were supplied as to charges or anything else. After letting the pimple fester in the public mind for a couple of months they began the full scale propaganda assault on the Doctor with the full complicity of the National Media. The Press swallowed the Harposhit and suppressed any follow up inquiry. That’s a disgusting incestuous relationship yet to be explored. It will be interesting to see if I can ask enough embarrassing questions to actually dent the inflated egos of these “Investigative Reporters” who either don’t know how to, or are too damned lazy to do their jobs and dig out some facts to support their allegations.

Fortunately I have found one of the most biased and distorted presentations presented by Global News. It purports to describe the initial developments in Medical Marijuana. I look forward to exposing that little piece of trash for propaganda in my next post.

You might want to look at the trash to be dissected. It was presented as two related columns by Global National health specialist Jennifer Tryon on March 27 and 28: A three months late exposure that slices up the Doctor but ignores the outrage of this major invasion of Personal Privacy and Medical Confidentiality. She either assumes it doesn’t matter or simply can’t see the problem.

Islam is not a religion, nor is it a cult. In its fullest form, it is a complete, total, 100% system of life. Islam has religious, legal, political, economic, social, and military components. Here’s how it works:As long as the Muslim population remains around or under 2%in any given country, they will be for the most part be regarded as a peace-loving minority, and not as a threat to other citizens. This is the case in:

United States — Muslim 0.6%                           Australia — Muslim 1.5%

Italy — Muslim 1.5%                                          Norway — Muslim 1.8%

At 2% to 5%, they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups, often with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs. This is happening in:

United Kingdom — Muslim 2.7%                       Spain — Muslim 4%
Thailand — Muslim 4.6%

From 5% on, [in addition to the above] they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population. For example, they will push for the introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature halal on their shelves — along with threats for failure to comply. This is occurring in:

At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves (within their ghettos) under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islamists is to establish Sharia law over the entire world.

 When Muslims approach 10%of the population,[in addition to the above] they tend to increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions. In Paris , we are already seeing car-burnings. Any non-Muslim action offends Islam and results in uprisings and threats, such as in Amsterdam , with opposition to Mohammed cartoons and films about Islam. Such tensions are seen daily, particularly in Muslim sections in:

After reaching 20%, nations can expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad, militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of Christian churches and Jewish synagogues, such as in:

At 40%, [in addition to the above] nations experience widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks, and ongoing militia warfare, such as in:

Unfortunately, peace is never achieved, as in these 100% states the most radical Muslims intimidate and spew hatred, and satisfy their blood lust by killing less radical Muslims, for a variety of reasons.

Can a “good” Muslim be a good American? This question was forwarded to a friend who worked in Saudi Arabia for 20 years. The following is his reply:

Theologically – no . . . Because his allegiance is to Allah, The moon God of Arabia
Religiously – no. Because no other religion is accepted by His Allah except Islam (Quran, 2:256)(Koran)
Scripturally – no. Because his allegiance is to the five Pillars of Islam and the Quran.
Geographically – no. Because his allegiance is to Mecca , to which he turns in prayer five times a day.
Socially – no. Because his allegiance to Islam forbids him to make friends with Christians or Jews.
Politically – no. Because he must submit to the mullahs (spiritual leaders), who teach annihilation of Israel and destruction of America, the great Satan.
Domestically – no. Because he is instructed to marry four Women and beat and scourge his wife when she disobeys him (Quran 4:34)
Intellectually – no. Because he cannot accept the American Constitution since it is based on Biblical principles and he believes the Bible to be corrupt.
Philosophically – no. Because Islam, Muhammad, and the Quran do not allow freedom of religion and expression.. Democracy and Islam cannot co-exist. Every Muslim government is either dictatorial or autocratic.

What really died at Auschwitz?

It doesn't take much imagination to extrapolate the message to the rest of Europe - and possibly to the rest of the world.

"I walked down the street in Barcelona and suddenly discovered a terrible truth - Europe died in Auschwitz ... We killed six million Jews and replaced them with 20 million Muslims. In Auschwitz we burned a culture, thought, creativity, talent. We destroyed the chosen people, truly chosen, because they produced great and wonderful people who changed the world.

The contribution of this people is felt in all areas of life: science, art, international trade, and above all, as the conscience of the world.
These are the people we burned.

What a terrible mistake was made by miserable Europe.

A lot of Americans have become so insulated from reality that they imagine America can suffer defeat without any inconvenience to themselves. Recently, the UK debated whether to remove The Holocaust from its school curriculum because it 'offends' the Muslim population which claims it never occurred. It is not removed as yet. However, this is a frightening portent of the fear that is gripping the world and how easily each country is giving in to it.

It is now more than sixty years after the Second World War in Europe ended. This e-mail is being sent as a memorial chain, in memory of the six million Jews, twenty million Russians, ten million Christians, and nineteen-hundred Catholic priests who were 'murdered, raped, burned, starved, beaten, experimented on and humiliated.' Now, more than ever, with Iran, among others, claiming the Holocaust to be 'a myth,' it is imperative to make sure the world never forgets.

This e-mail is intended to reach 400 million people. Be a link in the memorial chain and help distribute this around the world.

How many years will it be before the attack on the World Trade Center 'NEVER HAPPENED' because it offends some Muslim in the United States? If our Judeo-Christian heritage is offensive to Muslims, they should pack up and move to Iran, Iraq or some other Muslim country.

I want The Right to Die A Dignified Peaceful Death.

Harper and the Harpocrite Ideologues Don’t!

Harper is appealing the Gloria Taylor Euthanasia decision to the Supreme Court and that is stupid and obstructive because I want more freedom than that to decide when my life ends. I don’t want my eligibility to end my life subject to a bunch of pointless regulations that only allow it in case of pain and suffering and a doctor’s consent. What nobody seems to point out is that the mental pain of loneliness, isolation and depression because of the loss of self image and perceived worth can be more painful than physical pain. Mental competency and the ability to express the wish to die are all that should be necessary is to demand a little white pill to end it all.

 

I take a look at the future possible for every 60 year old in the next 40 tears and it’s scary

It looks like we’re going to be looking at a life span of 100 years and getting there is going to be no fun. Just having enough money after retirement to maintain a survival level of living is going to be a real problem. Finding shelter given the lack of enough long term care facilities to handle the coming herd of old fogies the Boomers are turning into, is going to be another. Nobody is preparing for that 

If you are 60 years old or better, or even 50, take a look at all the good things that are around you that make your life worth living. You are going to lose them all over the next decades. The worst future I can imagine for myself is to be 95, incapable of caring for myself, bed bound, dependant on strangers for my daily survival and widely aware and awake. You suddenly begin to think about your own worth and what the purpose in your life is and realize there is none. At this point any connection to anyone who has any idea of who you are, or were: what you’ve done or failed to accomplish. is gone. You are simply an expense because you are completely unable to contribute anything and the money spent keeping you in that lousy captive existence could be better spent trying to handle the flood of Alzheimer’s patients who will need caring for.

When I reach the point and decide to die I simply want to express the wish and be able to accomplish it. I don’t want to commit suicide and I don’t want anyone responsible for my death. All they need is the firing squad method. Six pills, 2 lethal: give them to six people; choose random pairs and have one a pair of gibe me my sleeping pills three nights in a row. I will never know when I got it and no one can be held responsible. That is the point. I will have achieved my objective of a surprise departure in a peaceful, painless dignified manner.

It happens: You Croak!!

Regardless of your faith, or lack of it, we all will now find out if God and Heaven exist. You either wake up to golden lights and the Heavenly Choir singing Gloria, Gloria, In Excelsis Deo, or you don’t wake up. One thing certain is: either way, you won’t be bothered by the result.

We’re all going to Peace, calm and quiet, so help push the Right to Die to the maximum.

At no time have you reported anything except a couple of minor grow-ops and you don't spell out the intimidating tactics these bastards use to gain entry and find it. Cover or ignore the cops’ transgressions, it's your usual practice. I use Medical Marijuana and Harper is out to destroy the whole damned system. When he has, you lot will raise hell, after the fact, for all us poor Harpooned victims but you won't spare one goddamn column to defend of their legal right to grow without being victimized by a copy cat imitation of a warped Arizona Sheriff's contempt for legal procedure.

Clearly you didn’t even pause to read the two examples I sent you before firing back with yet another inaccuracy: “You cite two incidents.”

In fact neither piece I sent you is about a single incident.

Indeed over the last several years we have written about single incidents, examined the larger trends, and analyzed and editorialized on the conduct of police, BC Hydro and municipalities.

Here’s is a passage from one of the examples, a column by Ian Mulgrew:

For what it is worth sir you have my apology but I despise the people who are attacking Medical Marijuana, Chief Garis first among them. He's the son of a bitch leading the charge. I lost it when I found out how many of these traps he's sprung. He's the source of the distorted hazards they are using to justify the elimination of Personal and Designated growth. There is no exploding criminal diversion of legally grown pot to justify its elimination. The claims that pot is the source of all home invasions, Fire Hazards, Safety  Hazards, Black mould and  toxins to bugger up the environment and every one of these is pure bull of his concoction or distortion. No proof just allegation.
 Give my blog a good hard look and find out what really is going on down at Ground Zero.
 I don't know how much you know but since you've done all this checking on legal growth, can you give me answers to two questions;

1. How the hell did Sam Mellace get authorization for a 60 gram a day license? Pot is to be smoked or ingested and you can't do either in that dose. I didn't know that  the Regulations allowed for the commercial production of some sort of skin lotion. Maybe you don't know about Sam; go to sammellace.com/. Something smells bad there!
2. Why the hell is the Vancouver Dispensary operating as a legal pot dispensary? You can find them at 800 East Hastings. You should ask Jim Chu the justification for letting a bunch of criminals openly traffic street pot with impunity. Hash and Budder extracts are not medical marijuana.

If you can't give me an answer to either of those you're not doing your job.

You just stopped me in my tracks Mr. XXXXX. If you are serious about actually assigning somebody to investigate then you are the answer to my prayers, if not it’s a cruel joke. I don’t know to respond. This is a serious matter to me.

 I’m 70 years old, tired, sick and disillusioned by the mess that has been made of the Marihuana Medical Access Program. I don’t want or enjoy doing this but there is no other voice actively opposing Harper and his plans and asking the questions that need answering. The two I posed you are minor samples of the results of 12 years of administrative neglect and there are many more questions relating to the way they have neglected elementary common sense and managed to screw up so badly in the discharge of their duties. The Marihuana Medical Access Division takes 8 weeks to approve an application for a License that should take one day, and is the source of absolutely minimum assistance or information. The general voting public has no idea of how they have screwed up and I want to get that news out.

 I should clarify that I really don’t care what they are doing to the majority of the regulations. The elimination of the Class C and D licenses that permit Licensees to grow their own pot, or designate a grower to do it for them, is simply unacceptable for simple economic reasons. Most of the people who need pot can’t afford the current legal price of $5 a gram now. A minimal 2 gram per day allowance= 2 oz/ month will cost $300. The maximum OAS + CPP Disability is about $18,000 a year and the latest poverty line is about $21000. $3600/$18000 = 20% of average income. There are about 10000 of us Licensees and most are near or below the poverty line. To turn now legal growers into criminals and force licensees to buy from the Contract for Profits crowd Harpo is proposing, with his revision of the Regs., is simply unacceptable.

            If you are serious I would very much appreciate your help and advice, because you have the investigative skills to access and find all the crap that Health Canada has concealed with their obsession with Privacy. I think I can help with direction but I don’t have the research skills to dig it out myself. P.S.: Regarding the price of pot I think of Sam Mellace. Who is this guy because he really has beaucoup bucks and influence where it counts? Health Canada says a high dose is 5 grams per day and somehow Sam managed to convince some Doctor and Health Canada to give him 60! How did he account for or his ability to pay for his need for 30g x $5x 365 = $54000 of pot / annum? Where did all the money for his state of the art grow-op come from? A 6000 sq. ft operation with every high tech security and grow control available plus processing equipment to convert 900g (2 pounds ) of pot/month into some sort of skin cream.  Somehow he sold Health Canada, without any proof that crap had any medical benefit except his word. More likely the concentrate makes a fantastic cookie but the Government goons bought the bull and gave him a license. He’s now pushing hard for legalization so he can mass market the crap.

Go figure?

I have no idea why Mr. XXXXX abandoned the idea of an investigative reporter to follow up but after considering all the possible alternatives, I have to conclude that he just doesn’t give a shit about details.

And that to me is the rot at the core of the Canadian Press. They don’t necessarily ignore details but they sure as hell don’t provide any in support of the centerfold exposés they regurgitate at periodic intervals. We’re supposed to accept their conclusions at face value when they speak, and ignore any minor lapses in accuracy as minor mistakes, instead of the actual ignorance of facts that it reveals.

I didn’t think that Freedom of the Press was intended as protection for cowards who are either too lazy or too indifferent to actually do any investigative journalism.

That is only a small portion of what you don’t know about Medical Marijuana. It’s the old story of looking at the forest and missing the trees. You guys are so damned focussed on the big picture in Ottawa that you’re missing all the shitty little details that make up the truth of what is a national disgrace. Unfortunately you big shots aren’t alone in your ignorance. You might quiz all your reporters’ knowledge about details but then again you don’t need the shock of silence.

I guess it’s too much to expect that one of you might be curious enough to actually assign a reporter to check things out, but given what they’ve reported so far, not many have investigative skills.

The Roadblock Ahead.

I’m back.

About the time of my last post, I ran into a roadblock! I’ve been scratching my head ever since. Result? The simple truth is that this blog has been a total waste of time because it has been entirely misdirected. I’ve had Harper and his arseholeocracy crew in my sights because the entire Medical Marijuana is buggered up and it’s their problem. That is true but it has nothing to do with my problem regarding Personal and Designated growth.

It doesn’t matter what finally results from the current Medical Marijuana and Legalization fooforall in Ottawa. Any result is totally immaterial to the problem of Personal and Designated growth. They can either keep cannabis a Controlled Substance or Legalize it and that will take years. It’s established that anyone now having a medical need for marijuana has rights and one is the right to grow their own for personal use. That isn’t going to change.

Having established your Federal and Provincial rights to grow Legal Marijuana

Now comes the most important question of all.

Where are you going to Legally grow it?

Nowhere in Canada!!!

There is not a municipality in this country that has a bylaw that will permit Legal growth of marijuana on the piddley-assed size operation required to grow a personal stash.

Now What?
